Brand new spacious 3 bedroom , two bathroom villa, which boasts spectacular views of the Sierra Mijas. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard and sleeps 8, with single beds in each bedroom (with the facility to turn these into doubles if required), plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The main bedroom has en –suite facilities with a shower and bath, with access to its own balcony and shares a further balcony with the second bedroom. There is a further upstairs bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and WC
The property has a fully fitted modern kitchen with breakfast bar, with all the usual amenities including dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.
The large lounge and dining room is light and airy and tastefully furnished, with Sky TV and a DVD player. The sliding doors open out onto a patio area and the largest garden on Los Olivos. great for sun bathing and barbeques.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has the advantage of heating in the cooler winter months.
The villa also has its own private parking space and all towels and linen are included.
The villa is cleaned to a very high standard, which is checked prior to each rental
The house is situated on the edge of a Seve Balestros designed 18 hole Golf Course, which also has the advantage of a less demanding 9 hole course. The property is surrounded by landscaped gardens which are maintained to a high standard, and has the benefit of a shared swimming pool for the residents of Los Olivos only, which is only 15 metres from the house. There is an excellent restaurant and bar at the golf club house and the golf hotel with its 4 star restaurant is only a short walk away. Two further restaurants are close by, which means there is no shortage of places to eat.
The town of Alhaurin, with it’s many shops and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away . It has all the typical facilities of a small friendly Spanish town, supermarkets, shops, banks, cash machines, bars & restaurants serving a whole range of food, everything to tickle the taste buds. Many cultural activities take place here like the jazz flamenco festival and fair in June and processions in Semana Santa (Easter)

10 minutes from Mijas and the lively Tivoli Gardens at Benalmadena
25 minutes from Malaga airport
15 minutes from the beaches at Fuengirola and Torremolinos

20% Deposit required with booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
£150 returnable breakage and security deposit, provided no breakages or damages have been reported, one week after return.
Late bookings 4 weeks before departure require full payment.
Rates are available per night from £15.00 per person and require a minimum of 4 persons.
Different rates apply for Christmas and New Year, prices available on enquiry
Excellent rates are also available for long term rental.
