You are free to claim any number of times in a year, to agreed limits for different categories of treatment.

• Maternity/Paternity/Adoption benefit up to £576
• Physiotherapy up to £1,152
• Diagnostic consultations up to £576

Anyone between the age of 17 and 64 can apply, and no medical is required.
Children are automatically covered under both personal and family policies, provided their details are on the application form.
