The key features listed are based on a fully comprehensive Insurance policy with one of our Providers, we have a panel of insurance providers, please check the cover provided with your quotation. Referral must be made to the call centre before premium refunds can be activated. Policy switches are dependent upon insurer. Most of our panel of insurers cover no claims discount transfers when returning to the UK to continue your armed forces career, however not all will accept foreign no claims discounts. Green card whilst travelling abroad applies to UK policy holders only.
The below are excluded from the policy:
Driving a car which does not belong to you outside the UK
All loss or damage when no-one is in the car unless all its doors and windows are closed and locked
Telephones and equipment not permanently fitted to the car

If you are involved in an accident then you must:
Stop at the scene for a reasonable period
Give the following details to anyone who has reasonable grounds to ask:
Vehicle's registration number
Your name & address
If different to you, the name & address of the registered owner
If injury is caused to another person you must produce your certificate of insurance either to any other person or to the police
The accident should be reported to the police within 24 hours.
You should also comply with the above even if you were not directly involved in the accident but the presence of your vehicle on the road may have been a factor in the accident. If you are driving overseas please ensure you follow the rules for the country you are driving in. In some European countries i.e. Germany it can be an offence to leave the scene of the accident before the police have arrived.
